Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please note, we do not offer purchase return. Instead, eligible returns will be processed as either:
- An exchange for another item of equal value, or
- An Aurora Gift Card for the equivalent amount, which can be used on future purchases.
To start a return, you can contact us at fashionbyaurorra@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be advised that purchases from the underwear category are non-refundable.
